The US is trying to get them out of Baghdad so it seems, also many journalists won't be insured anymore once the war starts.... some will stay, to show the horrors of civillians that will be killed..

thos journalist might be bad-asses for staying but I would say that are a bit stupid too, they could easily get it as well. I would get outta' there and freaking go home to your kids. Take the images from space!

if those guys that are over there are getting contracted to do it and die, then it is their own fault. No one is forcing them to be there, whether it's art or not. I have had friends that died in US Military crashes and shit, yet it's still their own fault for going and doing it. Got me? ;)

I didn't say they are undeserving of respect, just CRAZY for being there cause they can also die easily. For some legit news places, fine, but some of them are just glorified papparatzi guys. Dumb!

it is their good heroic attempt in reporting all the horror, they choose to report history, even in these situations, and therefore they are not wrong, but heroic and of incredible importance to the world and our future generations.

Journalists cover events and report on them.
That is doing their job not being a hero. A hero is a soldier that saves civilian lives.

yes some soldiers are heroes, and i consider these reporters who are not JUST fucking doing their job....jesus christ...these folks report what is truly happening there, and for the good of human kind if they do their job well!!!!!!!!!

I know millions of orphans, they are all over Africa. Cause: Ignorance and HIV/AIDS as well as numerous other areas where tons of tragedies have occured including Rwanda. Millions died and no one including UN and Europe did anything about it, yet the French government knew all about it. Pfffttttttt!!!!! I could go on and on from African country to African country.
