Has anyone seen someone develop a flash version of QTVR - not your simple left/right pan, but a version that alters the perspective as the pic pans.

That's not changing perspective. I don't think that can be possible.
You can do it in Flash easily. It's the image that's always the bitch to produce.

It's warping it slightly... but thats about it... can only really rotate and scale in Flash... there are work arounds but they'll struggle to run on most machines

I have the 360 degree image.
It's skewing the image in a perspective as it moves closer to the edges, so yeh it's a tough one.
