yes, do that. make an arrangment but answer the complaint.
it will cost you about $100 but you'll save you ass. you don't want a judgment hanging out there. its the worse negative on your credit report. it means that not even a court of law could get you to pay...believe me, its way bad.go to the court's website, print out an "answser to complaint" form, fill it out, pay the fee and file it. believe me. you must. oh and don't forget to mail opposing counsel a copy.

on the face page of the complaint it will list all of the things they are suing you for.
but yes, definitly breach of contract. you really don't have a legal defense, you simply didnt pay so you breached the agreement.

answer the complaint - then make payment arrangments.
see, if you answer, they no that you're trying. you're not just ignoring them. the judge will consider that you're trying your best to do whats right.
