yep. i've done it before too. i showed up every day for a week and a half. i was VERY polite. when they would ask me to leave i would call them on the way home from my car asking for mr. so and so saying i was someone else. he would get on the phone and i would talk to him again. POLITELY. once the cops did come and i was very polite dealing with them also.
i said this was a business matter and i'm just making it easier for them if i came here to collect the $ in person.
they understood. i got my $ in less than 2 weeks.

oh, but the very last time i was in there when i had my check in my hand my computer bag 'accidentally' knocked over and broke a huge vase from the table i 'accidentally' backed into.
i felt terrible. ; )
to cover i bent over to help clean it up and acted like i was so very sorry and extremely embarassed. they were like "just leave."
i laughed the whole way home.

good story Kona
- KingMob0
ha ha. kona I would have laughed at you. It would have been cooler if you'd have knocked over some douchebag's palm pilot though.
I'm really liking where this discussion is going but now I feel like a wimp for not going more Sopranos on the guy.

thanks. i told a friend about it when i got home and she was like you stupid idiot, they can arrest you for distruction of property or at least give you a hard time. nothing ever came of it so i guess i was pretty lucky for pulling a stunt so dumb... but funny.
- IloveQBN0
no they can't, it's not like you through the vase across the room! They have nothing on you!

arf!
- k0na_an0k0

i dont know..
i wouldnt do it..
most i have tried is calling them every 3rd day...
dont go out of your way to do it..
law is your friend but costly..
- matt250
call them everyday on the hour, every hour - eventually they will get sick of dealing with you and pay you to make you go away
- ********0
watch out for getting charged for harresment...
happen to a friend of mine..
- matt250
haha that is funny getting charged for harresment when a client won't pay -- can you get them charged with fraud for not paying?
- LastOne0
nah, i rather not do the calling. i think i'm going to have someone send a letter.
i dont think we can charge them with fraud, probably breach of contract at the most.
- swollini0
yes, i did. it felt good when they paid. the bastards.
