needed designer for contract work

i am in a jam...
someone asked me to do a comp for a site for a pitch and super busy...
so if anyone can help me out and do the comp it would be great... i am getting $500 cdn for the simple comp and i will pass that along to you if they get the work...
down side is that, if they dont get the work, no money... it sucks but thats how it work.. and they want it by tomorrow (wed)..
on the good note, if they get the work, there will be other work from the client (colaterals, flash, etc) that i can pass along to you guys, since they want the same designer for the work..
most of the production work will be done them so nothing there..

just a note...
you wont get paid unless your work gets selected so dont put any work in to it...
i would say, get an old mock up, add colors and logo...
