NYPD did a good old divide and conquer. Lots of cops in riot gear sent in to immobilize any marching, movement, or congregation.
Guess it was good to (sort of) reclaim the streets momentarily..... I wish it was actually going to make a difference.

i was in nyc today, and it was really kinda silly. some people had signs i totally did not understand...
like this one old guy.. "HOW DID OUR OIL GET UNDER THEIR SAND?"
