why?
because I want to get involved and 'do my bit' to stop a war happening.

I am doing the Glasgow one... 15th March Glasgow Green, 10am...
come on people war isn't the answer.
- vespa0
definately going.
Because I believe the war is wrong and I don't want people to be killed in my name, with my tax money.

rufcut,
you got a link for the glasgow riot??
erm that is protest......
- unknown0
Thing is, and I dont want to sound... whatever.
but Ive been on the one post 9/11 and it was full of iraqi's etc protesting against the US, and being all a bit too pro muslim.
Im anti war, but not anti US or for that matter pro Saddam.
just dont want to be associated with pro Iraqi's burning flags etc, which happened last time.
being a bit over sensitive?
- Rufcut0
That should help...

this'll be my first demo on these isles and I'm looking forward to seeing how it goes.......
I've been in Zurich the past few years for May Day and that is a riot everytime....rubber bullets and tear gas and schtuff.....
I don't throw anything but the adrenaline rush hits you none the less.....FANTASTIC!! if it's something you believe in all the better.....shout LOUD about what ever you want...just make some noise...
- unknown0
tis true, everybody jumps on thwagon. I have a jewish friend who is totally anti war but wont go cos of the anti israel thing that will undoubteldy be there.
- Blofeldt0
Might go. I can't really decide on my stance on this whole business.
I'm pro democracy but anti rouge military state (Iraq) and definitely anti Sadam Hussein because he's a murderous despot who seems quite happy to gas and kill his own people let alone us foreigners.
It's too complicated for my little brain. Some of my friends are going. Might go for a bit.
- unknown0
israel != jewish
jewish != israelisrael = rogue state.
- unknown0
Blofeldt, rouge state??
like khmer rouge?
- vespa0
There are so many different groups going. I'm sure people would respect an Israeli group so much for going. Lots of americans are going.
Just organise your group before you get there.

or just go for yourself as a human being.......stateless so to speak......
