key kona, i used to live in bridgeport and had a nice 1 bedroom with a back yard for $350 a month. Right of 31at Place and Halsted, Which was sweet as it was 10 minutes from the Merc building where i used to work...
I'm sure the prices went up a bit over there since UIC bought up the nearby area, but i'm also sure it's still affordable over there...
