Hi could u just check this out , and tell me how you find it ?

very tight man. nice work. for a point of referrence here is a link to one of the sweetect galleries ive seen. it just opened in fort worth texas.

i'd shave a couple of pixels off the bottom of that red vertical line so that it aligns with the baseline rather than the descender.
other than that tiny detail i think it looks great and don't doubt that they'll love it.

I like your newer version better, but that's probably because i was confused by all the horizontal content in the old version. I'm not sure how that was going to slide and when.
The new version is nice. I'd love to design a site like that. Have you given any thought to animation, how the images on the top would work?

yeah Cybrain , i would have loved to make this site in flash , unfortunately , they cant afford it , they can only pay 1000$ CAN , so as you know thats already underpaying for what they are getting , but since there are alot of small independant art galeries around montreal , i was hoping that maybe i could show them this one and get new contracts with it ... it might work if the website is pretty nice , thats why i was asking your inputs .
Also i was told not to put any flash or super fancy thing since im only getting paid 1000$ , because if she likes the website she might refer me to her friends or ppl she know and tel them im pretty cheap...
Anyways this is my first web contract ever , thats also why i accepted 1000$ , but thats pretty much against what i belive in , ppl should accept nothing but what their work is worth. to get that 1000 i had to do alot of bla bla , she wanted to pay only 500$ first ! i made a demo , but she still didnt want to pay , so i said fine , find someone else ... she called me back 2 weeks later.
so anyways this is a little off topic , if someone else has some inputs press REACT ! :)

i forgot to say that u shouldnt watch the pic from IE cuz it will have a white background and a margin on top ... soo best way would be to use windows picture viewer or somthin :)
