First of all, gcabral, have you ever heard of tact? Stupid question. Second, why doesn't he "make it a cool vector drawing" with shading? Probably because that is SOOOOOOOOOO overdone that it is NOT COOL anymore and completely lame and unoriginal. He is taking something that was once cool and then got overused and became lame and reworking it to be cool again. I like it......everyone is allowed their opinions, but dude, seriously, learn some tact.

I'd lose the northern soul fist from the guys t-shirt as its a) way too pretentious and b) looks like a floating hand.

the line drawing ruins his clean look.. bottom line.. it doesn't contrast enough with other elements and it's not similar to any other elements..

Hehe, yeah. I´ll loose the fist. I also tought it looked a wee bit pretentious.
Anyway gcabral. I once again see that irony doesn´t come across all that well in a 128 px grey window with small type... I guess I should have known better.
I was sort of amused by your last comment though, first you say it doesn´t contrast enough, then you say it´s not similiar enough... having a hard time deciding? :)

I like! But I think you are still 2 or 3 steps away from nailing it. I like the illustration with the victorian wallpaper but think you could somehow integrate it more...make it work together in a clever way. Play more with the negative space? Not sure how. Good work though.
