I lost all respect for the White Stripes when they showed up on MTV with 200 GAP models dancing around on stage.

I think they rock.
They are one of the best live bands I've ever seen.
But don't go expecting to hear a reproduction of their studio recordings - they're way louder, feedbackier, and Jack changes the vocal melodies a lot.
Not to mention they play lots of covers.Excellent, though.
