Had it since Christmas for the PS2 and haven't put it down yet.
One thing bugging me though, how do you put out the vehicles that are on fire when you're on a fire engine mission?

you have to activate the hose by running up onto the hose platform when stationary.

nah, as soon as I dip into the army base, those guys go ape shit on me.

get yourself a police uniform I think you get it from the police station near Washington Beach and then you can go into the army base without being shot and nick the helicopter - sweet!

or collect 70 hidden packages and get a Sea Sparrow to the mansion. features water landing capability and a nifty minigun..
and it's always there, while the apache ("hunter") can be missing from the base every now and then.
or just collect 100 hidden packages and get a permanent apache to the helipad in ocean beach. :)

i was at 99% after playing the game for like 2 months the other nite and then i found out i could never get 100% cause i entered the full health cheat once!
so...i started all over again last night.
the apache missions definately are easier....and the best part...once you get past 12 missions you get 150 body armor and...usually the suspects will keep appearing in the same place making kills easier.
i had it up to $59,000,000 in cash because i had over 150 kills in a row. too bad i had to toss that game because i entered one stupid cheat code
