I don't know where you live, but if you are anywhere NYC, there's a place in the West Village, on Hudson Street that had something like that right in the store window. It was about 12 feet high.

If we are thinking of the same store, They went out of bizness. I went to their store closing sale a couple mothes ago. They had that tent thing there on sale for 50% off.
