no problems, on the rare occasion they do get cold (and its very rare, as i used to work in a meet packing plant that was kept below freezing wihtout any problems) its more of a weird feeling than pain. Feels like your nip is extra hard or something.
They're a bit of a pain during sex though, as when they get flipped the wrong way they start to hurt, but shit happens. When i first got them done they'd bleed a lot while i was asleep too. I had the last two done about a year and a half ago, im debating taking them out and doing something new soon, im getting bored with them.

i used to have one. Fairly painless, easy to take care of, the only thing you have to worry about it is it catching on your blankets when you're sleeping, oh and be carefull taking your shirts on/off. As with any surface piercing you also run the risk of migration, moreso if you have sensitive skin.
