no problems, on the rare occasion they do get cold (and its very rare, as i used to work in a meet packing plant that was kept below freezing wihtout any problems) its more of a weird feeling than pain. Feels like your nip is extra hard or something.
They're a bit of a pain during sex though, as when they get flipped the wrong way they start to hurt, but shit happens. When i first got them done they'd bleed a lot while i was asleep too. I had the last two done about a year and a half ago, im debating taking them out and doing something new soon, im getting bored with them.
