anyone know of any?

if you use a MAC, them iMovie i think is still free.
easy to use and good for just general dicking around, but dont ask for anything too technical in it.
it is like photosuite vs. photoshop compared to other editors.

Simple question, but I don't know.
Can iMovie capture video?
I don't care about any other feature, because I live in After Effects.

basically all ya gotta do in iMovie is plug yer firewire cable in and tell iMovie to get shit.
itll control your camera and you can pick out what you want and dont want.
REALLY easy to use. quite handy for simple shit.
