My friend Holly is off to Tanzania in January for a 12-week volunteer project to help the orphans and vulnerable children effected by HIV/AIDS.
The goal is to give these kids an opportunity to get back into the school system
Sometimes, it's as simple as getting the money for the uniforms. Other times the kids need some serious behavior modification before they can be admitted back into the school system. All in all, it should be very interesting, very challenging, and extraordinarily rewarding.
