I would like to see more details also... like how drunk this guy was, how rechlessly he was driving (was he tooling around like an asshole?). Keep in mind something equally important. His friend was wasted as well, and was drinking with the driver all night and still got in the car. Also the passanger, being drunk stuck his head/body out of the window of a speeding car (enough to be decapitated so I'd imagine he managed to get quite an amount out
).Is there such think as drunk passengering also? It's also law to wear your seatbelt. If he was strapped in, he would not have lost his head.
Not advocating drunk driving in anyway here I personally can't stand drunk drivers. And avoid getting in cars with them at all costs. But there are many things to consider here.
