Cool :) That's what I was looking for. It is nice, then, that if your technical bg is not too great, there are things like that to help you manage your content.
I agree about Flash, too. Even if you're good with Flash, unless you really know how to build a site for ease of updating, it can be a pain. In fact, probably the last time I really used Flash was at least a year ago or maybe more, when I wanted to set up a DB based image gallery but just didn't have the AS knowhow to do it.
I still only have Flash 5!
