Domain lost?

  there are certain companies that keep the domain name YOU regrister at THEIR company under THEIR name. So the domain never really is yours. So these companies can just pick out any good domain name.. but most of them won't do that. But they will win any arguments you get with them... dont know if the domain is on your name?
