with all due respect it's just a table. the most important thing regarding a table is if it's readable and understandable. no higher math is being used here if you know what i mean. it's not really an info graphic.
structure wise i really can't help you out. i have to read everything and try to understand everything. ain't got time for that.
anyways can you go bigger than a3? maybe a fold out would work out better in this case for you w/ this table.
