the monocraft slide is too fast for me...i usually prefer prev / next buttons...it is especially distracting in the print section as it is hard to get it to stay still and there are only those small images to look at...
linking to larger images (within the swf mind you) would be to your benefit...especially with the websites...i prefer a small case study per project rather than expecting the user to spend a good amount of time exploring each site...
i agree with the comments about the diagonal lines and logotype
the nav also doesn't seem to need the box it is in...maybe expand the content area and get rid of the nav box?
it is also very clean and full of solid work...show it off a bit more :)
