I woudn't cut off the background lines on the right side.
I would take out the diagonal line in the middlebox and replace it with two diagonal lines at the same angle of the other lines in your site.
The VP font is not rendered very well.
the 3d box animation is kind of useless.. I'd get rid of it.
I like the nav on the left. nice looking site.
