vb, i believe the EU constituion is designed to get rid of that corruption and bureaucratic inefficiency. So if that is what's bothering you, you shud vote yes.

------------------------No offence, but.. did your tv tell you that? The constitution gives more power to the burreaucrats and buries the chance to revive the corrupt and inefficient system. Once they get more control, there will be no way to stop them.
