Yeah, send a threatening letter and if it's worth it to you, take them to small claims court. You have the printed examples of the ink offsetting. They obviously didn't care to take the time to dry the ink. The die cut thing is pretty brutal. If their quote says "die cut" then they bloody well better die cut the cards! If that fails, do what the others suggest - brick through the window... or slash all their tires... it's more expensive to replace.
