No, but thanks for the info, I guess I should read it sometimes.
I like the US capitalism, for its effectiveness, but it comes bundled with a police state which is a huge minus. I don't see as much personal freedom in the US as there's said to be.I believe the EU constitution's main goal is to give the burreaucrats more control over us. You can be extradited to another country from yours under this constitution. This is one of tiny steps giving the beaurocrats enormous power. The constitution is a move towards creating a superstate, but it comes with french-style socialism (Art II 87-94), not US capitalism. I wouldn't be surprised if because of that EU economically went down (Lisbon Strategy's been already called off), and was eventually deserted by level-headed nations which wouldn't want to pay for this.
