had to read 5 minutes to find already something i have issues with.
it's part of this social discrimination phobia that exists in most of Europe.
"1. Any discrimination based on any ground such as sex, race, colour, ......., age or sexual orientation shall be prohibited."
All good and ok but this also means that a person diagnosed by psychologists as a pedophile but who didn't commit any related crime yet can't be refused from working with children neither does the psychologist have to inform authorities.
