He's guilty of being a blustery wank at times, but not of this (I think). He's an easy target because all the way through the trade emabargo he has been right in their faces and right there on the ground in Iraq trying to do something for hte people there. His meeting (the "indefatigability" speach) with Saddam was ill advised potentialy, but it doesn't make him a "collaborator".
