wouldn't mos def have to do an album about a denali to officially sell out? Maybe mention them a few times in his songs like most of the other fuckheads who actually get radio play have been doing?
Since when is doing work in one field selling out in another? Woudln't that actually kinda save him from selling out?
Does accepting money for work equate to selling out? Dave Chapelle, the guy this thread is about, actually accepted a shitload of money for WHAT HE DOES... not his 'other' job.
I couldn't call him a sell-out either - he seems to be smart enough to center himself and disallow himself from selling out even when those around him sold out from day one.
Just not seeing the whole sell-out thing. Seems to me Mos is just a really busy guy.
