Maybe u could just put together a pdf version and send it to publishers on CD or via email till it gets picked up.
Your going to pay tons for a short run that looks nice enough not to ruin the content. For your needs it doesn't make sense to print it first.
If anything print up a small press kit type folder with nice material, and add a CD with the ebook version that u propose they print.
