What's the point of having a intro anywys?
The guy is already there!!!Don't waste his time on loading useless moving nonsense... unless the intro actually helps him in some way related with what he is about to find!
If people don't skip the intro if because they couldn't find the button, because 20 seconds is a life.
Have a long intro and people will hate you immediatly because you are making him waste his precious time, or will die of boredom even before reaching to the content.
But maybe your art director needs to show off himself with the client, and no explanation would work in that case.
