Good idea about the alternative version with references! That's the type of thinking ahead I never do until it's already screwed me over.
Also...I think you're on to something with reducing the height of the header. I think I'm going to make it more horizonal so that I have more vertical space for my content.
About the skills...that's something that I think I need to leave in there so that employers can tell what I know in one quick glance. Thoughts anyone?
Also...I'm thinking about getting rid of the objective altogether, as some of you have said. Good idea? Bad idea?
