i propose a birth license, which couples can only obtain after a series of tests and interviews that prove the following:
1) the couple or mother is financially capable
2) they are mentally capable
3) they have no major genetically-carried illness or disease
4) they must also undergo a parenting class before obtaining the license.
all of these are just common sense, nothing extreme here.
nobody would have to be killed a la hitler, our resources would become more plentiful, our land more spacious, our genes better, less crime, smarter and more mentally healthy people (as a result of better genes and better childhood upbringing), the works.
the only thing stopping this plan is your religious camp who i'm sure would say basically that everyone has a right to suck and have shitty genes and have welfare babies and be ignorant parents
