I just want to say to everyone that this thread has helped me out a lot. I picked up a lot of good techniques, but I feel I have a little more to contribute.
I took the that the PVN is in, and created my own link to it in a resizable pop-up window with only a title bar.
I open it up, resize the window as needed, and now I can check out the new threads in the corner of my desktop while stacked on top of the split view in dreamweaver. (Note: Split view with the find menu open makes you look busy.)
Anyway, I'm not a programmer. I only do HTML/CSS, so if anyone out there has a better solution than what I described please let me know.
