I handled it by turning color management off, but I guess there are better ways. Can anyone suggest settings that would allow to use profiles and export images for web as you see them in photoshop?
Here's a view of an image opened in PS with its profile and what you see in IE.
There must be a tutorial on this or something, since problem is so common (though many people never notice it)
