I'll bet they're soooo grateful to be receiving the divine gift of democracy from the barrel of a gun.they can now join the long distingished list of other countries that have been given this wonderful gift, wrapped up in dead civilians....

what EXACTLY in this history of bombing countries for the good of their people makes anyone think that Iraq will 'suddenly' embrace democracy....
in a country barely held together with 1000 year old scores to settle...yeah...i'll bet in a year, they'll be loving all things american, and eating at newly franchised mcdonalds...
you're some good folks here on NT....and some of you in this particular thread usually have some intersting viewpoints...
but seriously...
this is not going to go well....
for iraqi civilians ...or the poor unfortunate soldiers that were sent on a fools errand.just my POV though..
i don't claim to be an authority on this or anything...
but i just haven't seen too many countries 'liberated' by america that suddenly turned out all rosey.i guess we'll see soon enough...
