Why do you get so offended when someone rips your site / design. The ripper just likes it and decided to use it for his own. Greatest compliment you can receive.
Besides its probably just a kid who's just started to design anyway so I don't really see any harm.

I agree, it's a little annoying but I always think it's flattering too. The only thing I would object to is people making money from my work.
I had a site ripped a year or so back and they didn't even bother to change the links to my clients pages which made it rather easy to track down!
