i'm not bitter about hollywood at all. you might notice that 2 of the films in my list were funded by hollywood.
the only reason i mentioned it, is because when a film has a mammoth budget on the line,
a) the film takes less risks.
and
b) reveiws are skewed because the reveiwers often have money invested or freinds who have money invested in this movie. ie 'don't shit in your own nest'.nope, i didn't get a chance to see vidocq - it was only released for 1 week :'( and the DVD isn't out here yet.
