how much are they charging for updates, cms upgrades, etc...
i just went through your whole site... and you could literally download the files, edit them in dreamweaver or something, then re-upload them to a new server... for example, Media Temple has shared servers for $7.95 US a month..

From a consultant standpoint here, I would really get out of the current situation.. its also costing your comapny time and money even stressing about it, and having to go to these crazy meetings where all you hear is "no".
thats my 2 cents...
