i would talk to whoever makes the hosting/web decisions, (if not you) and look at switching hosts, and possibly hireing someone, (contract work) to impilment the site on the new servers, which would use FTP and your own little simple CMS, with updatible news sections with even txt files in flash and stuff....
its so dead easy to make FTP based CMS systems..
dynamic text, dynamic photos, dynamic content... then all you do is just upload jpegs and txt files to update the site..
