Thanks for all the replies so far... We've been going around in circles with this company for ages.
What you're all saying is shocking. This company are just totally lying to us. I always thought FTP was just like the simplest thing for a company that is an ISP, and they're acting like it's rocket science.
It's amazing... We pay them a load of money for hosting and they tell us they won't give us ftp access to our OWN site!!!
At the last meeting I was told that we couldn't have FTP access because 'we're not giving it to you'...
