some close friends of mine went through this same bullshit when they signed to a major. It amazes me that some people have the nerve to think that they can tell others how to live their life.
There is nothing wrong with wanting to be able to own a home or provide for your family and produce music at the same time. It's hard doing that as an indie artist sometime and if you get the opportunity to keep on making music and making a living doing the things you love then I saw do it.
