Just email the client their logo through the fax, on an excel spreadsheet. Make sure it pops, and the text isnt too small. When you increase the size of the text however, the logo may appear smaller, so bump that up a bit too. Tell the client they've got a good eye for this sort of thing, then take their stupid pissing money and drink yourself half to death while you defrag and have your haircut in a vain attempt to purge the images of 'swooshes' and Arial Black (cause they wont buy Helvetica, and cant see the difference).
Rinse and repeat.
