snuggles didn't mean that he was thinking about children sexually while touching himself.
he happened to be touching himself and he started to think become preoccupied on how rewarding it is to raise children. maybe he stopped after the thought of children popped into his head.
or maybe the thought of building playgrounds for children and the good feeling you get from helping our future gets him off.
snuggles is a very noble person.
