    larus, keep in mind that macromedia did not originally develop all of these programming languages. some of their software (flash comes to mind) was acquired along the way. that goes a long way towards explaining that discrepency.

    I really think it takes all of a week to pick up the basics to AS and start running with it. If you're a designer who used normal mode in previous versions, I just don't see the difficulty in learning to type on(release).

    Then again, I'm a developer and have no say in this matter. :)
