over an hour on the phone being whisked away to exotic destinations like Bombay...
Finally speak to a supervisor who is the 'right' person...and she explains that she still can't help me...she says that 'these requests can take up to 7 days'...i explain that my first request went in on March 29th...over 21 days ago...my second request was over 8 days ago...yet still I have no letter. I beg her for the number to the dept who does the research, who has the ability to say that my account actually has been closed...and she tells me 'They don't have phones in that dept.'...I was so nice to her...I told her about the bet I had with the other lady in India. We shared a chuckle together.
But still no help...I tell her that my morgage guy needs the letter today...she said that there was 'no way to make that happen'.
I ask her if she understands that with what I charge per hour with my business I could afford to pay that Indian girls salary for two weeks. Then I asked her if she could please tell Michael Dell to kindly die for me. She said 'no'. *click*
FUCK DELL.
