It won't happen... Apple would buy them out before they let that happen. Adobe only exist today because of the mac. Plus most of the developers listed on the credits use macs themselves (search there names on Google- look for their training videos- all OS X). Apple platform and OS now is the best it's ever been since the company began. With the introduction of Core Image and Video with the release of Tiger alone- almost any software developer can ad Adobe like features to their apps- imagine the inhancements Adobe themselves can add.
