I've hosted with Namehog.net, hostinguk.co.uk (windows servers) and I currently have a couple of cheap accounts with web-mania.com (£20p.a) and I can certainly recommend the first two and the webmania seem ok but I've not used them for long.
Definitely the support from namehog and hosting uk are absolutely top notch.
