    Unfortunately, most people don't listen to you when you tell them to get up at 7am. Works for some ppl, but doesn't work for others (like moi).

    Just make sure you're eating at the right times. And have a regular sleep pattern. Wake up at the same time everyday and sleep at the same time everyday. Hard to pull off. It's also recommended that you get up at the same time even on the weekends.
