    Start getting up earlier, you're prob in a really bad pattern now where you sit in front of your computer until really late, go straight to bed, can't sleep for hours and hours, wake up late(ish) and repeat. at least that's what I used to do.

    Tun off your computer at least an hour before you plan on going to bed, probably more like two, but it's kind of difficult if you are anything like me. Do something relaxing.

    Get up early. Seriously. 7- 7:30 AM or so. and do it regularly. If you don't go the a gym or anything like that just do some personal work before going to work or whatever suits you.

    On the weekends do whatever of course.

    Worked for me.
